1、Buyers who shop in our store can unconditionally request a refund in the following situations:

Product is damaged upon receipt.

Product is incomplete upon receipt.

Buyer has not received the product.

2、If the merchant refuses to issue a refund in the following situations, arbitration can be initiated through platform customer service:

The buyer requests a refund due to product issues, but the merchant does not comply.

The merchant fails to deliver the product to the buyer within the specified time.
