Extremely fast delivery - ordered on 29 Oct ard noon, received at 3 plus in the afternoon on 30 Oct. Item is light to carry and only need to fix caster / wheels at the bottom. Tried the cooler function with water in the reservoir and it offers slight cooling effect. Have not tried with ice pack. Wind strength is very strong even at low speed. Wind range is quite decent and can be felt 1 - 2 metres away. Bought it for my helper to use in her room given the hot weather.
